What you'll do:
Manage and strengthen relationships with influencers and agencies, ensuring long-term, productive partnershipsDevelop and implement influencer marketing strategies to drive sales, boost brand credibility, and enhance Emma’s reputationRecruit and onboard new influencers across different verticals, ensuring strong brand fit and creating engaging content that drives customer action and salesNegotiate and manage contracts and agreements to optimize profitabilityMonitor and analyze influencer content and campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize ROI and overall effectivenessTake ownership of growing influencer marketing revenue month over monthWork closely with country marketing teams to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with Emma’s broader business goalsFacilitate smooth communication with agencies, providing proactive support, resolving issues, and nurturing strong partnerships Who we're looking for:
Fluent in Dutch and English (C2 level in both languages)Relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or partnership managementStrong negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholdersAnalytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvementsHands-on, proactive attitude and passion for driving measurable impactStructured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment What we offer:
