This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of the growth of the company, working alongside other colleagues from the Sales department. This is a strategic role within the company, reporting to the Head of Sales, the individual will be responsible for technical solution proposals to Glartek clients and partners, including requirements analysis, solution architecture, technical bid management, presentations, product installation and setup for demonstration, and training. Tasks

  • Work with channel partners and other Glartek experts to analyze clients' requirements and propose solutions.
  • Deliver demos and training to channel partners and potential customers.
  • Responsibility for technical elements of proposals to target customers and Glartek channel partners (consutlant, system integrators and technology vendors).
  • Provide technical support for client technical, commercial, and bid teams and respond to technical queries.
  • Support channel partners in project definition and preparation of proposals and represent Glartek in presentations, client meetings and workshops.
  • Create solution value added / ROI business cases for partners and customers
  • Contribute across the business in all functional disciplines as required for Glartek to achieve its objectives.
  • Champion Glartek products externally as the industry standard.
  • Orchestrate the adoption and positioning of Glartek's products within end customers, whilst assisting, steering, and influencing channels to understand and articulate the business benefits and technical strengths of the solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels inside customers during bid process.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities in co-ordination with sales team and management.
  • Liaise with Product Management to provide feedback about customer requirements
  • Handover new customers and projects to the Glartek delivery team

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Quality & EHS concepts, such as Inspections/audits, Incident Management, Risk Assessment and Control of Work.
  • Very comfortable analyzing highly complex requirements and problems of industrial customers.
  • 3 years+ experience in technical consulting, development and/or systems integration, including a track record of success in selling and delivering projects and services.
  • Experience specifying and integrating products with ERPs, LMS, HR systems is a plus.
  • Training or background in software development is a plus.
  • Excellent organizer and planner with problem-solving and communication skills. Must be effective at coordinating virtual teams and resources.
  • Understanding of the characteristics of startup companies and the need for flexibility of role definitions.
  • Must have the maturity to be self-sufficient in client engagements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical skills - commands respect at all levels.
  • Acadamic training o BSc/MSc in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Fully proficient in Portuguese and English. Additional language, such as Spanish and French, is a plus.
  • Must be willing and able to travel internationally without restrictions.
