THE ROLE
As a Growth Strategy Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, shaping, and prioritizing growth opportunities across markets, channels, and customer segments. This role is highly analytical and strategic, with a strong focus on turning data into insights and insights into actionable growth initiatives.You will be part of the Growth team, reporting directly to the Growth Director, and working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Revenue teams to support strategic decision-making and long-term growth.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Growth Opportunity Analysis: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization using data-driven insights.
  • Strategic Planning & Prioritization: Define growth hypotheses, build business cases, and support the prioritization of initiatives based on impact, effort, and scalability.
  • Performance & Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses on funnels, cohorts, LTV, CAC, churn, pricing, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Experimentation & Learning: Support the design, evaluation, and iteration of growth experiments, ensuring learnings are documented and applied.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to translate strategic insights into execution and measurable outcomes.
  • KPI Tracking & Impact Measurement: Monitor the performance of growth initiatives against core KPIs and revenue metrics, providing clear recommendations and next steps.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in growth, strategy, consulting, analytics, or similar roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear strategic recommendations
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Solid understanding of growth metrics, funnels, and experimentation frameworks
  • High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability
  • Strong communication skills, able to influence decision-making with clarity and structure
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate complex problem spaces
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and feel comfortable with ever-changing situations
  • You are motivated by taking ownership of your work and driving continuous improvement
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
