About You
- You're fluent in Italian and in English.
- You have 4+ years of relevant experience in a paid marketing, growth or demand-generation role, with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance.
- You're an ace when it comes to hands-on campaign management (SEM, PPC, Paid Social, SEO) with expertise in at least one core channel (Google and Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Revenue is your north-star metric: you're focused on driving new experiments and optimising the current ones to maintain fast growth.
- You allocate budget across campaigns in the most cost-effective way.
- You're an owner: you hold yourself accountable for building your strategy, executing the plan, reporting on performance and sharing learnings.
- Moving fast and hacking, which translates into trying, failing, testing, and debugging the living shit out of our experiments while - most importantly - shipping fast!
- You are constantly on the lookout for a first-mover advantage on a channel, tactic, hack or growth opportunity that could drive new business.
- You'll readily switch from analytics to get an answer to a hunch, to A/B testing copy and boost product features, to brainstorming new growth ideas.
- You have a growth mindset with a test & learn approach to deliver strong results and fast insights.
- You have a deep love for data-driven decisions with experience in running split tests, optimising funnels, and developing metrics.
The Role
On a typical day, you will...
- Manage, optimize, and drive the number of companies purchasing Coverflex’s services through a PLG (Product-Led Growth) motion.
- Plan, develop, and deploy targeted campaigns across multiple channels to drive the acquisition of new customers across Paid Search, Paid Social, Review Platforms, Organic Search and Lifecycle marketing. (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Capterra, Hubspot flows etc.).
- Build a robust optimisation and testing framework to improve campaign performance in terms of CAC and other Key Performance Indicators.
- Establish strong relationship across engineering, product management and sales team(s).
- Develop a deep understanding of Coverflex’s target buyer and ideal customer profile, and build smart strategies and campaigns to engage this audience effectively.
- Oversee end-to-end Growth Experiments design, build, QA, and release.
- Support weekly and monthly reporting of channel metrics, goals, and other KPIs.
- Contribute to other teams initiatives (Brand, Product Marketing, etc.) while overseeing end-to-end collaborative experiments.

Salary Range
For this position, we have a total gross package (RAL) of 30.000€ to 41.000€, plus welfare, meal allowance, and other benefits you can check below.
