About the team:

The Growth team is at the intersection of marketing, operations and data science. We sit in Marketing & Analytics, and work with every team in the company to help them achieve their objectives. The end goal of everything we do is to help the company and all the events we run grow at an accelerated rate using a data-driven, technically-orientated approach. Our north star is growing numbers and improving processes all across the company.

The Growth coordinator will own lead generation and outbound growth activity for our Partnerships team. This role sits within the Growth team and works closely with our Partnership team to scale pipeline through high-quality, relevant marketing qualified leads.

You will be responsible for sourcing and enriching lead data, building and running outbound campaigns across email and social channels, and continuously optimising performance through testing and automation. This role is highly data-driven, execution-focused, and central to scaling our partnerships revenue.

Lead generation and data

  • Source, collate, and maintain lead lists from multiple third-party data providers
  • Enrich lead data to improve relevance and targeting
  • Ensure lead quality meets agreed criteria with the Partnerships team
  • Own lead segmentation and audience definitions
  • Outbound campaigns

  • Plan, build, and execute outbound campaigns across email and social channels
  • Work with growth automation tools to run multi-touch sequences
  • Continuously test messaging, channels, timing, and targeting
  • Collaborate with Partnerships on value propositions and outreach angles
  • Optimisation and performance

  • Track and report on campaign performance, including open rates, response rates, conversion rates, and MQL volume
  • Optimise campaigns for return rate and lead quality, not just volume
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and iterate quickly
  • Share insights and learnings with Growth and Partnerships
  • Collaboration and ownership

  • Be the main point of contact between Growth and Partnerships for outbound lead generation
  • Align closely with Partnerships on targets, priorities, and feedback
  • Work with marketing, data, and operations teams to improve tooling and workflows
  • Help define what “good” looks like for partnership MQLs

  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic analysis
