What you'll do in our different roles:
As a Global Operations Intern, you’ll join the team ensuring that Emma’s products move seamlessly across markets, from forecasting and production to warehousing and delivery. This is a hands-on, analytical, and collaborative role within a fast-paced international environment. You will contribute to optimizing how we plan, produce, and deliver our products, ensuring that every step of our operations runs efficiently and creates value for our customers. Depending on your skills and interests, you could work in one of several teams:
Supply and Demand Planning
Build market-aligned demand forecasts using data-driven assumptions and regular input from local teamsTranslate demand plans into production and replenishment strategies that maintain healthy stock levels across marketsCoordinate production schedules and delivery timelines with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure product availabilityMonitor inventory performance, identify risks of stockouts or excess, and propose corrective actionsProduction Excellence
Support our Production Excellence team in performance tracking and strategic improvement within our Supply Chain.Own KPI consolidation and dashboard upkeep, turning scattered data into clear insights that drive decisions.Gather requirements from teammates, turn pain points into structured change requests, and test new views or dashboards that make our metrics easier to useSupport the implementation of the Production Center of Excellence, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring follow-up on related sub-projects.Logistics and Fulfillment
Support daily Warehouse to “Last Mile” operations, coordinating supplier inbounds and carrier collections. Monitor last mile deliveries, resolve delays fast, and drive actions that improve customer experience Assist with inventory tracking and stock accuracy, identify root causes of variances, and help optimize warehouse processes Collaborate across teams at Emma and with Warehousing and Last Mile partners, ensuring efficient processing and timely, transparent communication with partners Who we're looking for:
You are pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, and ideally have experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar toolsYou are equipped with good communication skills in English.You are skilled in data analysis, enjoying working with numbers and finding ways to improve them.You are process-driven, with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving efficiency.You are an excellent communicator, ready to collaborate with teams across the globe.You are eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You are available to start in the next two months.
