THE ROLE
As a Fleet Network Procurement & After Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in developing the servicing network that powers Indie Campers’ operational excellence. You will be responsible for sourcing and procuring external repair and maintenance providers and manage respective After Sales services across Europe, North America, and Oceania — ensuring they meet our standards for cost, capacity, flexibility, and quality.
This is a new and high-impact role, suited for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, has strong experience in automotive/servicing Procurement and After Sales, and knows how to manage cross-functional, international stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Build and maintain a global repair and servicing partner network that meets fleet needs across diverse geographies and vehicle types.
- Own the sourcing and procurement of external service providers and set up after sales services, ensuring they align with Indie Campers’ technical requirements and SLAs.
- Negotiate cost-effective contracts and manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking, escalation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with central teams (Strategy, Asset), Regional Ops Leads, and Corporate Finance to align procurement efforts with business goals.
- Ensure supplier networks are monitored and reported weekly using defined KPIs (cost, turnaround time, quality).
- Lead implementation and onboarding of new service partners, ensuring full integration into Indie Campers’ systems and workflows.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in procurement within the automotive or servicing sector (e.g., fleet maintenance, equipment suppliers, repair networks).
- Comfort working in ambiguous, greenfield environments, where data is limited and structure is evolving.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Commercial acumen and ability to negotiate with international service providers.
- (Nice to have) Technical understanding of repair processes and product specs.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with local specifications and compliance requirements across different markets.
