THE ROLE
You'll be integrated in a dynamic and professional team that works together to achieve a meaningful roadmap aligned with Farfetch strategy. You’ll work on projects across all areas of D365FO and different business units within the Farfetch group; you'll integrate D365FO with the Farfetch ecosystem and platform.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Perform Business & Functional Analysis in close collaboration with FARFETCH business & tech teamsAddress business challenges across FARFETCH, covering areas such as Accounting, Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, Procurement, and Finance in generalDesign processes and requirements for the improvement of FARFETCH’s PlatformLead solution design and initiatives, structuring business requirements, engaging with vendors, and ensuring proper business assessment of possible alternativesDesign and implement processes and/or ways of working with key stakeholdersImplement report solutions
Promote best practices across Technology Teams for Business Engagement, by establishing Business Analysis Processes and Templates, and supporting Portfolio and Roadmap definitionRepresent teams and their users, as required, during the design and delivery of projects that require system configuration.Support the implementation, training, go-live and post go-live activitiesLiaise with 3rd party providers on more complex projectsReport initiative status to senior management within Tech and Business stakeholders. 4 years Experience with D365 F&O support or implementationKnowledge of Core business processes across Finance, covering areas such as Tax, Treasury, AP, AR, and GLKnowledge/experience working in the ERP implementation phasesExperience in documenting business procedures and drafting functional specificationsExperience in manipulating data; expertise in Power BI is a plusInterpret technical documentation for training and end-user proceduresStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsFluent in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
