What you'll do:
Identify, source, and approach potential independent store partners, franchisees, and investors across Iberia.Qualify partners based on commercial fit, brand alignment, and long-term potential.Support the development and evolution of Emma’s partner-led store model, including commercial frameworks, operational principles, and brand standards.Prepare and support commercial negotiations with partners, covering revenue models, margins, investment setups, and long-term collaboration terms.Build and assess business cases for new partner-led store openings.Act as the main point of contact between partners and Emma’s internal teams (Legal, Finance, Retail Ops, Marketing, CX, IT, HR).Support partners throughout the launch phase, from concept to opening, ensuring alignment with Emma’s brand and customer experience standards.Track store performance and collect insights to continuously improve the model.Help create scalable playbooks, templates, and processes to enable faster, repeatable expansion. Who we're looking for:
Fluent in English and Spanish, other European languages are a plus.Experience in retail expansion, partnerships, franchise models, or commercial growth roles.Strong commercial instincts, you understand how deals work, not just how projects run.Comfortable working independently and owning topics end-to-end.Analytical, structured, and able to evaluate business trade-offs.Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.Strong stakeholder management skills with both internal teams and external partners.Hungry to build something from scratch and grow with it.Willing to travel across Europe for partner meetings and store openings.
