The Role:

  • Rydoo is looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Content Marketing Manager to join our Brand & Comms team. This role goes far beyond traditional content production: you’ll be responsible for shaping how Rydoo shows up in the market through credible thought leadership, smart distribution, and scalable content systems.
  • You’ll own the evolution of our content strategy — from the CFO Corner to social advocacy programs — ensuring we don’t just create content, but get it seen, shared, and trusted by finance leaders. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, distribution, and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Editorial Strategy & Thought Leadership: Own and evolve the editorial roadmap for our CFO Corner and Inside Rydoo platforms, with a strong focus on thought leadership. Partner closely with external CFOs, finance leaders, and subject-matter experts to co-create content that brings real-world credibility and perspective.
  • Content Creation: Create and orchestrate high-quality content across formats (articles, social posts, newsletters, and experiments with new formats), always prioritising insight and relevance over volume.
  • Distribution & Social Advocacy: Design and run a distribution-first content approach. This includes building and scaling employee and leadership social advocacy programs (especially on LinkedIn), enabling people to be the channel (not just the company page).
  • AI-driven Content Ops: Leverage AI and modern tools to build scalable content workflows — from ideation and drafting to repurposing, localisation, and performance analysis. Continuously experiment with new tools, formats, and processes to increase content velocity without sacrificing quality.
  • Email & Audience Engagement: Own the content strategy for newsletters and event communications, with a clear focus on audience value and narrative consistency.
  • Brand Voice Guardian: Define and protect Rydoo’s brand voice across channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and authority — especially when communicating to finance and executive audiences.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the strategic partner for content across marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams. Translate business priorities into compelling narratives and work closely with designers and other creatives to bring ideas to life.
  • External Network Management: Build and manage a network of freelancers, contributors, and external experts to scale production, diversify perspectives, and support localisation.
  • Performance & Learning Loop: Track content and distribution performance across channels, turning insights into action. Success is measured not just by traffic, but by reach, engagement, influence, and contribution to brand authority.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in content, communications, or B2B marketing roles, ideally in SaaS or tech.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B content marketing, including thought leadership, social distribution, and advocacy-led growth.
  • Proficient working with (and experimenting in) AI-powered tools and modern content stacks.
  • Proven ability to think strategically while still being hands-on with content creation.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Clear affinity for (or experience with) finance, CFO, or executive audiences.

    Nice to have:
    • Experience building content with or for finance leaders (CFOs, finance managers, accounting & controlling professionals).
    • Familiarity with headless CMSs such as Strapi.
    • SEO knowledge.
    • Fluency in languages such as German, Dutch, French, or Norwegian.
