About the job:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the commercial growth of LOQR|sign, our Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) solution. This role focuses on driving adoption, expanding market presence, and building strong client relationships across finance, insurance, utilities, telecommunications (telcos), healthcare, and real estate sectors. You will own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing — and play a pivotal role in scaling LOQR|sign’s success.
What you'll do:
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with target clients across key industries: finance, insurance, utilities, telecommunications (telcos), healthcare, and real estate
- Define and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to each sector.
- Own the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, demos, proposals, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align product capabilities with client needs and capture market feedback.
- Represent LOQR|sign at industry events, webinars, and client meetings to build brand and solution awareness.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to LOQR’s revenue growth.
About you:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or trust/digital services.
- Experience selling to multiple industries, particularly finance, insurance, utilities, telecommunications (telcos), healthcare, or real estate.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
