The Role
Rydoo is building the future of spend management, and we’re looking for a Brand Designer to help express that vision. In this role, you’ll help shape how Rydoo is perceived as we grow, translating our product innovation, values, and ambition into a clear, modern, and distinctive brand that resonates with customers, prospects, partners, and talent across our key markets.
Responsibilities
- Support and evolve Rydoo’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- Design a wide range of brand assets: presentations, marketing materials, digital banners, event collateral, social media graphics and more.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Create engaging visuals that communicate Rydoo’s story and values clearly and attractively.
- Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Manage multiple design projects with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, HR) to ensure all materials align with brand guidelines.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in brand or visual design (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse brand and digital design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
- Crisp communication skills to collaborate with the team.
- Always aware and following new technologies.
- Languages:
- working proficiency in English (C1+).
- working proficiency in Dutch/French or other European language is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Basic video editing and motion design skills for social and campaign videos.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (Descript, Jitter, Figma Make).
- Understanding of UX/UI principles is a plus.
