Content plays an important role in how we educate the market, support our sales teams, and build trust with hoteliers. We’re now looking for a Bilingual Content Marketer who can help us reach more people and speak to them in a voice that feels local, relevant, and genuinely helpful.


About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who loves writing and enjoys turning complex information into clear, relatable content. You’ll produce and localise a variety of materials, from long-form articles to sales templates, always focused on providing real value to hotel teams and partners.

A key part of this role is ensuring that everything we publish feels original and truly ours.

We operate in a market flooded with AI-generated content, and our goal is to stand out with pieces that showcase real expertise, research, personality, and engaging storytelling We need someone who can consistently create content that feels relatable, thoughtful, and different from the generic material often seen online.

Because HiJiffy works across different regions, you must write confidently and naturally in two languages among French, Spanish, or German. Your work will reflect our global positioning but also carry the nuances needed to speak to each market authentically.

You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales and Growth teams. Your goal is simple: create content that educates, informs, and helps our audience make confident decisions.


What You Will Do

1. Content Creation & Editorial (40%)

  • Write clear, informative content such as:
    • Blog articles
    • Case studies
    • Long-form publications (guides, white papers, reports)
    • Customer stories
    • Social media content
  • Explain topics related to AI, automation, and guest communication in a straightforward, practical way.
  • Work with Product Marketing to support new features, positioning updates, and research-based content.
  • Keep our tone consistent across formats: confident, friendly, and easy to understand.
  • Produce original, distinctive content that doesn’t blend in with generic AI-written material. Your writing should stand out through real research, expertise, and clarity.


2. Product & Sales Copywriting (20%)

  • Support Sales, Growth and Product Marketing by writing and localising:
    • One-pagers and brochures
    • Presentation decks
    • Email sequences (newsletters, product updates, transactional emails)
    • Ad copy for Search, Display, and LinkedIn
  • Turn product details into practical messaging that speaks directly to hotel professionals.
  • Create copy that helps our sales teams communicate clearly with prospects in different markets.


3. Localisation & Transcreation (20%)

  • Localise English content into two markets: French, Spanish, or German (native-level quality required).
  • Adapt tone and references to make content feel natural to each audience.
  • Work closely with local market teams to understand cultural nuances, industry priorities, and messaging angles that resonate.
  • Maintain consistency across languages while ensuring each version feels tailored and trustworthy.


4. SEO & AEO Optimization (15%)

  • Conduct keyword research, monitor rankings, and identify new opportunities using tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Keyword Planner.
  • Apply technical and on-page SEO best practices, including:
    • Schema and structured data
    • Internal linking
    • Meta title and description updates to improve CTR
    • Content improvements to increase relevance and conversions
  • Run regular content audits using Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
  • Optimise content for answer-based search environments and AI-driven results.
  • Manage publishing workflows in WordPress and collaborate with our web team on improvements.


5. Website Copy & CRO Support (5%)

  • Improve messaging on landing pages and core site pages with a focus on clarity and user intent.
  • Support A/B testing and content experiments led by Growth and Product Marketing teams.
  • Ensure copy communicates value in a simple and relatable way for hotel teams.


What You Bring

Required

  • Around 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar role
  • Native-level writing skills in two of: French, Spanish, German
  • Strong command of English
  • Enjoy researching and producing original content that goes beyond surface-level explanations
  • Ability to create unique, human content that clearly stands apart from generic AI-generated material
  • Experience writing for B2B audiences (ideally SaaS or hospitality-related)
  • Solid understanding of SEO and AEO, including technical elements
  • Comfortable working in WordPress and familiar with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planner
  • Ability to adapt tone and messaging for different markets while keeping brand consistency
  • Strong collaboration skills; you enjoy working with Sales, Product, and regional market teams
  • Clear writing style with attention to detail
