THE ROLE
The Automation & CRM Analyst is responsible for identifying, analysing, and driving Automation and CRM improvement initiatives. This role works closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable requirements.The Analyst collaborates with Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions, ensures quality through testing and validation, and supports the continuous evolution of Automation and CRM processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify and analyse Automation & CRM improvement opportunities (proactively and on-demand)Engage with stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and prioritiesTranslate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentationSupport prioritization and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyCollaborate with Engineering teams to align on solution design and deliveryConduct testing, validation, and post-implementation reviewsMonitor and continuously improve existing Automation & CRM processesEnsure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals WHO YOU ARE
Experience in Process Improvement, Business Analysis, RPA, or SalesforceStrong attention to detail and structured thinkingComfortable managing multiple priorities and driving initiatives forwardProactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities independentlyStrong communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teamsFluent in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath)Exposure to Salesforce, Python, C#, or Google Apps ScriptKnowledge of Agile, Design Thinking, or Six Sigma methodologiesExperience working with B2C and/or B2B processes, with the ability to identify and implement automation opportunities that improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.
