💥 Your Impact
As an Account Executive focused on the SMB segment, your role is to drive new business, close deals, and help small and growing companies rethink how they manage compensation and benefits.
You’ll be on the front line of Coverflex’s growth owning the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and representing Coverflex in every conversation with potential customers.

- Built a consistent pipeline of qualified SMB opportunities
- Closed your first deals and contributed net-new revenue
- Led discovery calls, demos, and commercial conversations independently
- Developed strong CRM discipline (activity tracking, notes, next steps)

Let’s be real, SMB sales is fast, repetitive, and execution-heavy.
Here’s what makes it challenging:
- You’ll manage high activity volume (calls, emails, follow-ups) and still need to stay sharp
- Not every lead will convert: rejection and persistence are part of the job
- You’ll juggle many deals at once, often at different stages
- You’ll need to learn quickly, adapt your pitch, and improve week over week
- Results depend on consistency, not occasional big wins

Must-haves
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS / tech a strong plus)
- Experience with inbound and/or outbound prospecting
- Comfortable running end-to-end SMB sales cycles (discovery → close)
- Strong organisation skills to manage a growing pipeline
- Comfortable with targets, KPIs, and quota-driven environments
- Clear, confident communicator in writing and live conversations
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated to learn fast
Nice-to-have
- Experience selling HR, benefits, insurance, or fintech solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Experience in startups or fast-growing environments
