About the role…

We’re looking for a Program Manager to lead our expansion into stadiums, arenas, and entertainment venues globally. You’ll design and execute deployment programs end-to-end: from strategic partnerships and pilot rollouts to full-scale venue launches across global regions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Operations, Product, and Tech to ensure seamless implementation and outstanding venue performance.

Where you come in…

  • Define strategy and roadmap for stadiums & venues globally
  • Lead partnership development with venue operators, event promoters, and local teams
  • Manage full lifecycle deployments: scoping, piloting, implementation, and post-launch optimization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Support, Finance) to deliver on-time, on-budget
  • Set and track program KPIs: onboarding rate, usage, revenue per venue, event satisfaction
  • Develop scalable processes, playbooks, and training materials for venue rollouts
  • Identify and resolve operational risks, blockers, and technical issues
  • Collect feedback from venue teams and iterate with Product to improve tools and experience

Your profile…

  • 5+ years experience in program or project management, ideally launching initiatives in stadiums, venues, retail, or logistics
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple locations
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable defining metrics, monitoring performance, and adapting strategy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across commercial, operational, and technical teams
  • Self-starter with bias for action - shifting quickly between strategy and execution
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments across multiple countries
  • Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus
