Onboarding Representative - Spanish & Portuguese Speaking

HiJiffy is looking for an Onboarding Representative fluent in Spanish & Portuguese and proficient in English to join the Customer Experience team. You’ll be responsible for welcoming, onboarding, and training mostly Spanish and Portuguese-speaking clients.

Location: Remote-first, based in Portugal.

About the role:

The Onboarding Team is the gatekeeper for the company, ensuring immediate tool adoption from the first moment. The role requires extreme proactivity, a passion for client training, and strong tech-savviness. This function standardizes the client experience by translating complexity into clear operational steps.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales, support engineering and customer success teams to ensure seamless handovers;
  • Enhance the onboarding processes to meet the specific needs of clients;
  • Provide online training sessions to help clients maximize product adoption;
  • Monitor client progress during onboarding and proactively address any challenges;
  • Gather and document client feedback during onboarding to pass on to the Product team.

Tools/Technology:

  • Experience using HubSpot is a plus.
  • Experience using a Customer Success software is also a plus

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management;
  • More than 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Previous hotel experience or experience in B2B client facing roles in a SaaS B2B
  • Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Proficient in English
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills;
  • Capacity to work in a remote-first organisation;
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
  • Strong communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical clients;
  • Analytical mindset to track onboarding metrics and suggest process improvements;
  • Value collaboration and have a positive and solution-oriented mindset;
  • Reliable and focused on delivering high-quality work;
