We are looking for a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to shape and own our total rewards agenda across Europe, the Americas, and APAC. This is a global role with high visibility, reporting directly to the CHRO and collaborating closely with HRBPs and business leaders.
What you'll do:
Own and manage our global compensation frameworks, policies, and processes in Europe, Americas & Manila.Lead benchmarking, market analysis, and salary review cyclesPartner with HRBPs and leaders to advise on pay decisions, promotions, and internal equityOversee global and local benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and cost-effectivenessSupport the design and delivery of incentive and recognition programsMonitor and improve reward initiatives to strengthen engagement and retentionProvide data, reporting, and insights to leadership on compensation and benefitsEnsure compliance with local regulations and internal governanceDrive HR transformation projects, including leveling frameworks and career pathingCollaborate with the Culture team to build understanding and transparency of reward programs Who we're looking for:
3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards (ideally in a multinational environment)Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable with surveys, market data, HRIS, and ExcelKnowledge of job evaluation, leveling, and benchmarking methodologiesExperience with benefits programs across multiple countries (a plus)Excellent stakeholder management skills, balancing fairness with business needsPragmatic, hands-on approach with a global perspectiveClear communication skills: able to explain complex reward topics simplyComfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment What we offer:
